10 Facts About Me! #TeenBloggerSeries

Hi Lovelies!

Teen Bloggers Anouska Millar and Beth have decided to start a project called #TeenBlogSeries. Its aim is to bring together lots of the teens/young adults in the blogging community. For the next ten consecutive weeks, over 80 bloggers will be writing every Monday at 6:30pm about many different things, all beauty, lifestyle or fashion related. 1. My dream job is to be a fashion stylist or to own my own shoe boutique.

2. I'm an only child!

3. Currently I'm in Year 10.

4. For my GCSE's I study : Food, Art, German and Geography.

5. My favourite food is Chinese.

6. My favourite places to shop are TKMaxx, River Island and H&M.

7. My favourite makeup brand is Clinique.

8. I've visited the following countries : Ibiza, Majorca, Turkey, Dubai, Australia.

9. My 10th Birthday was spent in Australia.

10. If I'm down I can always go to my best friend Kirsty from Wonder of Freedom.

Holiday Makeup

It's finally here my holiday is tomorrow! A long 4 hr car journey to Glasgow Airport followed by a 4hr 30 minute flight to Bodrum, Turkey! Anyway lets get on with todays post, which is my holiday makeup. As you may or may not know Turkey is a boiling country and this makeup that I'm taking won't be worn during the daytime.

Obviously I will have my Clinique 3 Step items with me but, we shall start off with my foundation as I don't like the look of liquid foundation on my skin. So I use Clinique's Superpowder Double Face Powder in Matte Ivory. It's a bit pricey but it has lasted a long time.

I also have the Airbrush Concealer to hide dark circles and blemishes, also if I do have a blemish I use Blemish Solutions Gel. I love both of these products!

For my brows I'm just going to use this old technic brow kit, I normally use the one in the middle.

This is the first time I'm going to be trying the Dream Weave Mascara so I'll let you know what they are like. I will also be bringing with me my 

Finally Lipstick and Lipgloss, basically as I did was pick some random colours that are bright and perfect for holidays!

4. Melon Lady

OMG! What can I say about Helen, a moving image and film graduate is one of the funniest people, starting off on youtube she has grown and built her fans and brought out a blog which we all love! Helens style is just amazing, quirky and she really stands out from the crowd. Floral crowns are just her thang and not to mention that candy floss hair!

Floral Contrast

Hi Lovelies!

Today post is going to be about a pair of skinny jeans that I've had for a few years now, at first I had no idea why I had bought them. I would never wear them but, I now absolutely love them! They are so comfy and perfect for the colder day of the Great British Summer.

Shoes - Primark

As I purchased these jeans well over 2 years ago, I have forgotten the price of these! Sorry!

Anyway as these jeans are so bright and bold, I decided to add a white top and some ballet pumps to show the contrast and really make this amazing print stand out.

So, as you can see by the title today we are going to be talking about the Liebster Award, I have been kindly nominated by Cecil from Wednesday 19th which was amazing and I wasn't expecting it so thank you!

1.    Why do you think people read your blog?

To be honest I don't really know, maybe they just want some inspiration to their style/beauty or for their own blog that they are producing.

2.    What’s your favourite Disney movie?

I have many favourite Disney films, I love Frozen and I used to love High School Musical (when I was younger!)

3.    How do you see your blog in 5 years-time?

Hopefully it can be a thing a do long side university, giving me experience towards my future.

4.    Do you have any advice for bloggers who have just started?

Keep going on don't give up, I see too many people give up after 2 weeks because they are not a super successful blogger. It all takes time, promote yourself on instagram, twitter and Facebook it all helps!

5.    Where do you write your blogposts (home, café…)?

Just at home on my sofa or on my bed.

6.    What would you be doing right now if you hadn’t a blog?

Nothing really, it gives me something to do in my spare time and an extra excuse to shop!

7.    Favorite season of the year:

Summer of course, holidays and hot weather!

8.    When did you start blogging?

May 2014

9.    How do you cope with negative comments/opinions about your blog?

It goes over the top of my head, I've achieved something, they probably haven't so yeah. Be the bigger person, they are just jealous!
